In celebration of the end of the wedding season as well as our fifth wedding anniversary, my husband and I recently took a trip to Portugal! We stopped in the Azores on the island of Saõ Miguel before heading to Lisbon then drove down to the Algarve, along the southern coast. This first photo is the Lagoa das Sete Cidades (Lake of the Seven Cities), which is a twin lake, Lagoa Verde (Green Lake) and Lagoa Azul (Blue Lake).
The weather was overcast and rainy during our time in the Azores, which made for some very dramatic skies…
