Thao and Andy’s DC-themed wedding started off at the absolutely breathtaking Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle. After some photos around town and a few hours’ break (or as Thao called it, ‘naptime’), the celebration continued across the river in Arlington, VA at the Key Bridge Marriott. The floor to ceiling windows of the Capital View Ballroom provided guests with sweeping views of the city throughout the night. Though the day was filled with many moments of tears and laughter, the highlight (for me) was when Andy and Thao read aloud their betrothal letters, so heart-felt and sweet, to their guests.
